Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Feedling mobile application (the "Service") operated by Honey Badger Cooperation Labs, Inc. ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. It explains how we collect and use your information.

1. The Feedling Service

Feedling provides a virtual pet (a "Feedling") that lives on your device's home screen (via Widget) and Dynamic Island (via Live Activities). Your Feedling's mood, appearance, and the accessories it collects are all powered by your "InfoDiet"—the high-level categories of content you consume on connected third-party platforms (like TikTok, X, or YouTube). The Service also includes an optional social feature ("Vibe Sync") to connect with friends.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

You may sign up using a third-party service (Apple or Google). You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Your License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

4. Your Pet and Our Intellectual Property

• Our IP: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including, but not limited to, all artwork, graphics, design, code, software, and the "Feedling" name and trademarks) are and will remain the exclusive property of Feedling Labs, Inc. and its licensors.
• Your Pet & Accessories: The Service allows you to unlock and collect virtual cosmetic items ("Accessories") for your Feedling. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use these virtual items within the Service. You do not "own" these items. You may not sell, trade, or transfer your Feedling or its Accessories, nor may you transfer or sell your account.

5. Your Data

To make Feedling work, we require you to connect your social media accounts. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to access, use, process, and analyze the "InfoDiet" data (as defined in our Privacy Policy) from your connected accounts solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
